The gang's not all here as Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) tries to gather the Central Perk posse for her birthday dinner.

Across town, Ross and Rachel are running late after their bickering over the baby gets them locked out of the apartment---with Emma still inside. As for Joey (Matt LeBlanc), he's waiting with Pheebs at the restaurant, but if their friends (and food) don't arrive soon, he may blow his top before the birthday girl can blow out her candles.
ALL NEW WILL AND GRACE 9pm
Oscar nominee Minnie Driver (“Good Will Hunting”) shows a flair for comedy as a sassy, lascivious Brit named Lorraine Binstock, who's wooing Karen's ex-husband. Apparently he's not the only man who's succumbed to her charms. Jack (Sean Hayes) is completely captivated by Lorraine, and tells Will (Eric McCormack), “She's fun. She smells like England. She makes me feel special.” Before long, Karen (Megan Mullally) confronts Jack about his shifting loyalties, and that's just a prelude to her defiant encounter with Lorraine. In another storyline, Will and Grace seek to recapture their ebbing rapport as partners in silly party games with old friends
