You know, in all honesty I'm not too crazy about the whole 'must take' lists... I feel the photographers miss other things when they're busy posing or checking items off the list.

I know what you mean but the list basically covers most of the photos I've seen photographers take anyway. I thought it would be helpful. Also if you're totally into 'staging' it's helpful with that as well. For instance I have a friend that just got married and she naturally wanted to photo of her looking at her self in the mirror after being completely dressed.. well the venue where she married didn't have a full length mirror..so she brought a antique floor mirror, (the really huge ones) from her Mom's to put in the room. It fit the decor perfectly and it was lovely and the photos were awesome.

I agree. I def want more photojournalistic pics. I want them to capture all the little moments of the day.

im having an issue with deciding if i want the photog there in the am when im getting ready...im doing everything myself and my ceremony starts at 10am so i think im going to be stressing and def. not wanting to have my pic taken!
