We've been using them for years and are using them for the wedding. I booked the escalade along with the Lexus car and one of the old ones. They are GREAT and everyone that works there are sweet. LI wedding planners upstairs to M & V are awesome too. We bought our invitations from them.

We used them for our wedding and they were great. They arrived early, with the correct car, and the driver was really helpful. Oh the AC worked and we got married in August so that was really important. I remember hearing all those negative reviews when I booked them last year, and I was really nervous, but they were fine for me. I think that as with any vendor there are hits and misses.

i would never recommend them after using them for our wedding.

I would definitely do a search on the boards for them and also check out their BBB rating!
