So tonight was my first fitting.. I brought some family members with me this time around ( i originally bought my dress by myself LOL) Here it is in all its glory..
the only thing I was huffy about was the cost of alterations but I have to get it done .. just more unexpected costs.. and its getting closer to the wedding.. and I feel like we have no money at all.. I decided to not do a bustle.. I really didn't need it and saved some $$$
theres my target shoes :) they are so comfy : )

Pretty! Love the veil. I tried one of those on but with my headpiece, it got tangled and OYE! NOT good...lol so going with more tarditional veil. I know what you mean about alterations. Mine are costing a flipping 365 bucks and the cap is supposed to be 350! ***!

Once the top is better fitted, it will look great! I think the birdcage veil and shoes work REALLY well!!!

they were like $190 and my jaw dropped.. it was a very unexpected ... considering the dress was like so inexpensive.. i rather go there than a tailor at some store where I risk it getting dirty or something..
i was going to dthe bustle.. but I really can't afford to drop another $100 Yeah the fishnet can get tangley you have to be sooo careful with it..

yeah lol I have no chest.. thats part of the problem.. lol It looks like I am going to have to use some double sided tape to.. to keep it down..

ohhhhh.....it's beautifulllllL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have similar taste to you....very vintage and I just LOVE THE WHOLE LOOK......amazing. I love the headpeice and the shoes too.....you will make a most magnificent bride.

yeah i feel like the whole retro thing was done by accident.. this was the dress that started the whole theme that i have been ocding about for the last year lol i am just glad i didn't get a pouffy dress I don't think it would right one me..
