My absssssss

They're KILLING me!! I keep sneezing and then moaning in paaaain....I hurt where I didn't even know I had places to hurt.

Dayum I am out of shape!!! If I keep working the muscles will the hurt get better or worse??

it should get better as your muscles adapt, but if the pain is really bad then take a day to let them rest. if you just worked out yesterday then unfortunately tomorrow the pain will prob get worse and then will start to get better. but from everything i have heard working them on top of the pain isnt bad for them at all. just keep stretching and drinking lots of water to keep your muscles fluid

I did the jackknife...owwwwww

Also the twist works out your sides, and then I did the leg/arm lifts and the one where you stand on one leg and bend/unbend your other leg out behind you while you extend your opposite arm out in front of you

wow. it means whatever exercise your doing IS working! but if the pain continues, maybe get it checked or at least rest it.

i havent seen my abs in a long time, i need to work on it asap!

Noooo but I loooove the hula hoop...I do the super hula hoop except I can't do it around FH because he can't stop laughing at me...he says I look like I'm having a seizure
