MY BACHELORETTE PARTY WAS THIS WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!
My girls are the BEST!!! They surprised the HECK ouf of me on Friday morning at 3am...waking me up telling me to pack my bags and be ready in an hour!! I can't even begin to tell you what pictures they have of that moment!! To give you some background, my FH told me we were going to the Poconos for the weekend and we were supposed to go see Mariah Carey in L.I. on Sunday. Well...turns out he did in fact have the tickets, but he totally forgot that my MOH had these tickets....and so he ended up attempting to sell them on Ebay..but there was a HUGE problem with that. and he ended up selling them for ALOT less than what he paid.
So...in case you missed my posting at 3am...lol the story goes..they woke me up at 3am. I was already packed (for the Poconos), but had to throw extra items in there like a bathing suit, and shorts, since the weather in the poconos was going to be 'chilly'. They would not tell me where we were going. We got to Laguardia airport and there were 2 more of my bridesmaids waiting (5 of us in total). There were supposed to be 8..but I will give that part of the story in my review! By then I had figured out that we were going to Miami. I was totally excited about that. However, once we arrived in Miami, we all went to use the bathroom and when I came out there stood the girls in t-shirts that said 'Michelle's Bachelorette Cruise'. I stood there like this![]()
and they all started laughing. They gave me my t-shirt and off we went on the bus to take us to the boat. Needless to say we got alot of attention with the t-shirts that were SUPER cute!!! After we got on the bus they started giving me my 'bachelorette attire' ..devil horn bandana, veil, garter, blingy ring, bachelorette sash. It was hilarious!!! At this time, I still had no idea where this cruise was going..until we got on the boat and started filling out the customs forms, and said AHA..we are going to the Bahamas huh?? I was totally psyched!!!
We had a wonderful time..despite the weather. It rained in the Bahamas, and there was a blackout...yep a blackout!! Pretty hilarious. I lost a crown (tooth), poked my eye and had to wear a patch . I felt like a Pirate![]()
and then as if THAT wasnt' enough..I burned my tongue eating soup..
Despite all of that...I had a WONDERFUL time...and will be posting a review with pics. I just wanted to share the excitement.
