Well I just got home from the doctor.
I got a disc injury, more serious than I thought.

My disk got knocked out a bit and is hitting my nerve which causes the numbness in my leg & foot.

I am to rest.

43 days till my wedding & I have alot to do.

Docotr said to walk around & sit up a bit so LIW is good therapy

Is there anything else they can do to fix it besides rest?

I need to see chiropractor for a while, and no work for a while.

He needs to fix me by my wedding.

I may have to go to thearpy as well
