Hurts like hell. Saturday I picked up a bag of clothes that I wanted to donate and I screwed up my lower back. It hurts to sit, stand, laydown, and forget about bending over. This *****! and stupid me is here at work today!!! I am going to try to make an appt with the dr. for later.

Back pain in the worst! Totally limits you. I know all about it...had back surgery couple years ago
When you lay down, try to lay on your back with your knees up so your feet are flat on the bed. You can also put a heating pad under you. That helps me. I hope you feel better soon!!

thank you all- I went and got Icy Hot. It has helped somewhat but not 100%. Now everyone at work is telling me I smell like a medicine chest.

I do too! I actually gave mine away to a friend who hurt her back and of course my back goes out again. SO I have to buy more today.
I have a back problem a back problem so I'm always in pain, but the icy hot REALLY helps!
