My back is KILLING me

I don't know excatly how I hurt it. Started bothering me Tuesday after I rode motorcycle and stood all night. this morning it started killing me when I move. Thank god I don't have to teach classes again until Wed. But I am supposed to be on motorcycle all weekend, and FH & I event is Sunday

Take a nice hot bath or hot shower and let the hot water run on your back. Also lay down and put heat on it. Have FH give you a nice massage too!!! Feel Better

That sounds sooooooooo good! Unfortunately I am at my second job until 9pm (God, I work too much!)
have to be up tomorrow and at work for 6am----but at 10am I am free until WED at 5am

I have a HAIR APOINTMENT. (that'll be 3 hours of sitting)

I can totally sympathize!! My neck is still not better.
Take some Advil, put a heating pad on your back in the place that hurts, rub it with IcyHot, and get FI to give you a rub down!
