my BETTER experience (LONG)
This past Monday FH and I had an appointment with FM entertainment 8:30. As things sometimes happen, we arrived and there was no one there. I shortly thereafter posted what happened. I was upset, and I believe rightly so, as I was very excited after seeing all of the great things that were said about them...in addition to them being the first DJ we were scheduled to see. (Although there are some people on this site that are not in agreement. Well, if they were in my position, and didn't have a personal connection to the vendor, then they probably would have felt the same way).
Regardless, Frank contacted me, explained what happened and apologized with such sincerity that FH and I decided to go reschedule. I'm glad that we did. We just returned from our appointment, and I have to say we really loved everything about FM. Frank and Mike (who will be our MC) put on a great demo for us, spoke in explicit detail about all of the packages available, and ultimately made us an offer that we couldn't refuse. I'm happy with our decision to return to FM. We booked FM tonight, and I feel completely confident that they will do an outstanding job.
