That is one scary family!!! It reminds me of my mother's family - no decision is an individual decision and your personal opinion doesn't matter as much as the group does. Ugh.

Her mom, however, totally impressed me with what she said to the kids to get them there. We don't abandon someone just because they dissapoint you. Loved that.

And I think the dad might suspect something's up.

Yes I thought that about the Coy family too. And I could buy Pat's argument if he didn't say 'can't she just wait a month'? So in other words what he means is that he's really more upset that he wasn't consulted on his sister's choice to get married first. Not that it's happening so fast (because if it was a month from now, that's still fast). And about the beer, that could be mostly editing. But doesn't make him look great does it?

I did like what the mom said. Which will make it that much worse when they find out it is all a sham.

And I heard that Randi didn't take it too nicely when she heard Steve was an actor. Give me a break!
