The girl on the show might get fired from her job. Shes a first grade teacher at a Catholic school. The teachers and parents are outraged. The principal said he is outraged that she would poke fun at the special sacrament of marriage.
personally...it is a Catholic school...I don't blame them for enforcing their rules/standards/ethically code
and as a teacher...you do have an 'obligation' to be a role model...

My girlfriend was a dancing school teacher that was privately owned but was in a catholic school, so they had to abide by the school's rules. She got pregnant (not married) and the nuns would not allow her to teach anymore. So I'm not surprised to hear this.

My friend also is a catholic school teacher and got pregnant. She got married right away so she could still teach and not look bad.

I didn't know she taught in catholic school. Wasn't there a teacher or 2 on the Bachelor? I must admit it would make me uncomfortable watching my child's teacher 'make-out' on national TV
I think the Bachelor is a little more morally based...she has a desire to marry...this show...its all a scam...which is trivalizing the institute of marriage...
this is not really my view...just how I am seeing it from a Catholic School admin postition...
although I doubt 1st graders really know whats going on...

Who cares if she gets fired!!!! There will probably be many new opportunities for her now that she was on TV.
