It was about 2am. He lives in FL with franks Dad. He just turned 21 on Monday.
Frank is SOOOOOOO sad he cant stop crying. I dont know what to say or what not to say... This is the brother that recently lived with us.
I cant believe it.

to you, your husband and family. I lost my cousin in a motorcycle accident 2 weeks before his 21st Bday. This was 10 years ago. I feel for you. Hang in there....
