MY BM DRESS STORE STINKS, PLEASE HELP!
My Bm's are supposed to get their dresses from a store that has been giving me problems. First I have 7 girls. I brought 2 last week for their measurements and the store refused to give us any swatches. I told them I needed at least one for the florist, they said 'why can't you just tell them what color the dresses are?' I said I have girls out of state as well that have to get shoes dyed, they said 'have them done here and we'll match them' Hello, they live out of state, and the 5 pairs of shoes they have at this store are ugly. So my 2 girls gave their deposits and we left...no swatches.
I call today to tell them I'll be bringing 2 more girls in for measurements Saturday. They tell me they don't take measurements on Saturday, and why can't the girls leave work early during the week to go there. Mind you, she's yelling at me. I go on telling her nicely they are doctors and can't just leave work, and she goes on yelling and muttering under her breath. She asks what time I want to bring them in, I say 2pm, she 12pm but she won't be there to do it, a salesgirl will have to and the dresses will 'come out how they come they out'
I call back a few hours later to complain to the manager and get my girls deposits back as they couldn't have ordered the dresses until all the girls were measured. She tells me the manager will be in tomorrow. I tell this girl I want to talk to her today, can't she call her at home and let her know someone wants to pull a $3000 order? She says no, call back tomorrow.I don't want to deal this store. The woman yelled at me today, they are very unaccomadating, they don't care if they keep their customers happy, and I don't trust what the quality of their work will look like.
Any ideas how to get the girls deposits back ASAP so I can go elsewhere...My weddings in September?
