My BM ordered the wrong dress size & LOST the receipt from David's Bridal

She picked the dress up about a week ago. She just put the dress on & it doesn't fit & can't find the receipt.
All of her information is in their computer.. when the dress was ordered, when she picked it up, how she paid for it.. etc...

Does anyone have a customer service # because from reading other posts about david's it sounds like they won't be willing to help me at the store level.

i had to return a dress there and i did not have my receipt and they gave me no problem at all i had them print me out another receipt when i went there HTH

same one i went in when a manger ... it really shouldnt be a problem... they have everything in thier computers ... the only proble that it might be i think you only have 3 months prior to the date of the event to return it ... but i am NOT sure ...
