my BMs are DRIVING ME NUTTY!!!!

ok vent time advice time... please!
ok so i orig have(had) 4BM and my MOH(sis)
ok so only one of my BM are stress free(my BFF chrissy)
and now i have the following issuses
Lori- she still hasnt ordered her dress(even though they were orderd on Nov 6th) she calls me the other day telling me she feels awful about it and she intends to order her dress once her income taxes come cme in.... i was like uhhhh we already order over 2 months ago.... what do i do?
Connie-she and Fh cuz were engaged and NOW they broke up!!! i havent heard from her since she swore she would still be in the BP but then dissapired off the face of the earth! What do i do?
Melissia(FSIL) she Begged to be a BM(even though we arent close anymore) and i felt bad so i said yes.... i spoke to her boyfriend(a piece of crap guy) like 2 months ago and he said she did order her dress(but i dont know if i beleive him) and she NEVER called me back! all her #'s are dissconnected and nobody can get in touch with her!! What do I do?
Sorry so long... but im WAYYYY stressed!!

At this point...I know you are probably really worried, but I would kind of put the ball in each of their courts.

I would let Lori wait until she gets her income tax return. If she orders it ASAP, let her stay. If she doesn't, you'll have to have a talk with her.

Can you send Melissa & Connie hand written notes, and say that you would love for them to still be in it but if they could please let you know what their statuses (stati?) are?

i have No way of getting in touch with them b/c i dont have addresses... i e-mailed melissia like a week ago but never heard back!!!

Dont do anything...if they want to be in your wedding they will contact you. You cant stress them esp if they were suppose to order their dresses months ago.

Lori has been one of my closest rfiend for the last 7 years... i trust that she good intensions but NEVER follows through! if she actually orders her dress i will probably fall over with shock!
as for FSIL, i keep telling Fh that she is lucky that his sister cause she would have been OUT OUT OUT if otherwise!! he tells me its all on me what i want to do!

Im suppose to have 15 BM only 8 paid for & ordered their dresses. Im not stressed at all! I gave them all a deadline & if they miss it they can only be upset with themselves bcuz I did all I could. Even sending them monthly reminders & weekly ones then daily.

Dont let them get you down...tell them if they cant be a BM they are more than welcome to be a guest.
