My Bouquet- need your opinion

I need your very honest opinion. My wedding is 8 days away....my florist sent me this photo of my sample bouquet. What do you think....honesty please. I can have him re-do it, so don't be shy in telling me if you don't like it.
With just 8 days to go....I'm worn out. I can't make any more decisions. Vanilla, chocolate, velvet, ostrich feathers, cala lillies, oriental lillies, roses, white, ivory, steak, fish........its overwhelming. Please advise about the bouquet.

oh callas and muscari!!
what color is your bridal party? i love it! what dont you like about it?
if you are unsure ask to try it without the muscari and just keep the white callas. that's classic and ALWAYS gorgeous and impressive.

My colors:

my dress is ivory. My BMs are chocolate brown, and their flowers are ivories and all light blues. My centerpieces are plain, ivory cala lillies. I thought that this was a nice way to tie it all together, and also get in my 'something blue'
