My bridal shower pics!!!!

Hi all...my bridal shower was this weekend and it was so amazing. I really felt so loved and honored to have such good friends and relatives. I will post my review and give all the amazing details tomorrow...but for now I hopefully leave you with some pics.

It looks like you got a lot of nice gifts... lot of lingerie You are sooo pretty. Your FH (was that him in the blue shirt) looks so familiar!

Such great pictures, you got a lot of great gifts, I LOVED the bottles of wine, what did they all say? Lotsa luck!

Let me first say thay I have the best group of friends. My bridal party, my mom and my aunt hosted the party at one of my BM's houses. I knew about the date of the party since I live out of state. When I first arrived everyone was just mingaling and chatting. Then everyone was invited to eat...the girls had the party catered by Bagel Boss (they are the best) I love bagels and it is hard to get good ones in MD. Then the fun began...they all presented me with the wine bottles. I guess the best way to describe is they are meant for all my firsts (first fight, first day back from HM,valentines day, promotion, blizzard, 1st anniversay, and baby) They had a great poem to go with it too. Then my MoH read me a poem that the FH wrote for me...it was really sweet and very cute...it was a hit. Then it was gift time...as you can see from the pics I now own everything from Victoria's secret...i also got a lot of other great gifts. The grils played the timer game for prizes for the other guests(when the timer when off whoseever gift i had won a prize...they gave out little cake candles and soaps.)

after presents...I took picutres with my amazing ribbon hat (it had a straw hat for the base...this works the best for good results)Then we had cake...yummy from Costco. Then my MoH gave me one of my very favorite things i received that day...she made a video of all pics from our friendship (over 5 years) and played it to the theme from Golden Girls...one of our favs. I almost cried...but I was very proud that I was able to hold myself together and not cry (i forgot water proof mascara) Oh...also my g-ma have me her hankie from when she got married 55 years ago. I was really touched by how much effort everyone put into my day. Another great things was one of my good friends from work in MD came all the way up tto NY to come and celebrate with me...no one else from MD came (but that is a whole other story).
