i dont mean to make it worse..but they should def. be in by now.. and yes i would be freaking.. did you call the dress place? when were they ordered? did they give you an est. date of arrival?

I would call immediately to track them down. When they get in how quickly can they have their fittings done? If the store can't do it in time, you will need a seamstress.

when i called a LONG time ago they told me 'june', then june came and they told me it was being shipped june 28th so i called july 3rd and they said they were expecting it that week and if it wasnt on the shipment for that day theyd find out where it was and call me
no call so i called again this past tues...they said a lot of dresses are running late but it'll be in either wednes or thursday....its still not in

Sorry to hear that about your dresses. I have gotten lucky with mine so far. I have four girls & a flower girl. I bought the maid of honor dress online - Davids Bridal style 81143 for half price. (new with tags) My 2nd girl bought hers off the rack today at Davids & I only need to order 2 more.

they said theyll be able to do alterations quickly...but what if something doesnt fit or some problem? i have a bridesmaid that lives in the city that cant exactly take off of work to come for a fitting but now we are getting real close uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

where did you get your dresses from? I had the same problem and I got mine from macys bridal salon in manhasset....they came in in june after being promised in april!!

Yes, I would be calling every hour on the hour and tell them this is completely not OK!! I don't want to make it worse but you need to start going bridezilla on them. These dresses should have been in months ago, what are they doing???? Where did you order them from?

yeah im going too....i dont want to say the name bc if they get it in and are able to do alterations quickly (and if my bm's can manage to get there to get fitted asap) im not going to complain but im just starting to freak out bc i ordered then the end of january, they should def be in my now and im stressing my bm's out bc they know theyre going to have to drop everything to get fitted the second they get in

If they say they don't do shipping on Saturday, you tell them that today is the day they're going to start shipping on a Saturday, and that they must overnight them, and the store will be open on Sunday, even if they usually are not, so you can make sure they are there! You better get this place to start bending over backwards for you. Try showing up at the store in person. People tend to blow people off on the phone, but if the person is right in front of you, you may get different results. Good luck!

i would call again asap. if they are still not in its time to stop being nice & ask to speak to manager. you don't need this stress 3 weeks before your wedding. they should have been in by now.
sorry this is happening to you... i am sure it will all work out. but i hate when i hear brides getting the run around. then when you get open your mouth they classify you as a 'bridezilla'. damn right they have your money they better freaking produce those dresses

At this point, they're going to HAVE to do the alterations quickly. They're not leaving you any time. I hate to say it, but I think it's time to be all over them. I didn't take my girls until late April and I just got a call this week that they are in. I only have a few girls, but still...I have two months. You're being really nice.
