Well first off I had read in a Brides Magazine about putting the tables on paper plates and writing the guests names on post its so you could switch it around but I didn't want to get a cramp in my hand from writing them all out so what I did was copy the names off my Excel spreadsheet and pasted it into Word, then I enlarged the cells or boxes the names were in and printed them all out. I cut each name out, which were now label sized, and placed it on the paper table plate. After that, making tables literally took me 10 minutes. I hope I am able to help you girls out. Let me know if you need help or have any questions

I kept all my rsvp's Put them in piles of who is who..and arranged them that way. On MS- i made a numbered list like this 1 ________________________ 2 _________________________
to 12 and just jotted in the names.. Definate in pen.. Possible changes in pencil.. 125 guests and an hour later i was done Just waiting on some answers back from the USUAL non rsvp'rs who just ASSUME you know they are coming...

Re: My Brillant Table Idea
That's a great idea! I'm using my trusty Excel list though - at least I can do it at work and no one is the wiser
