My brother just called and hes not coming to the wedding

Hes doing his THIRD tour in Iraq and being shipped out in August..I feel like my heart just dropped into my stomach..I cant stop crying..

May your brother have a safe return and may this war end soon! Good luck! I'm sure he will be thinking about you. Is is possible to send him a DVD of your wedding while he is over seas? I don't know how the miltery is, but if you can do it.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope he returns home safely and quickly. Maybe thre i some way he can make a video for you for your wedding or some kind of recording, so that he can 'be there with you'.

Yeah, hes super man, he started out as a helicopter mechanic, and then became a pilot, and has a hand in search and rescue, hes received a ton of awards, im so proud of him, hes been told by his commanding officers that he keeps being sent out because he is the best at what he does...this is his third tour in iraq, he was in afghanistan for 4 months, where he was injured, dont even get me started on that, and was doing search and rescue in the dirty water for bodies after Katrina...he has a 5 year old son, who never sees him because he is away all the time..this absolutely breaks my heart

I am so sorry that he will not be with you on your special day. G-d bless him and keep him safe while he serves to protect our freedoms. Your family, I am sure is incredibly proud.
