bridal shower. But the redenvelope, personalized it wrong. THe packing slip ahd the correct info on it, and it was personalized Michelle and Vicente, instead of Vincent.
I called to ahve them ship a new, and they acted like they were doing me a favor by shipping me a new one. Which I won't get for 3 weeks, since the items aren't currently in stock.
How can something be personalized wrong, when they said someone should ahve checked it. And since the gift got sent directly to me by brother didn't get to see that it was wrong.

The funny thing is that i ordered the Lillian Vernon cake box and they mispelled my FH's name on that too.

My boss gave me the same gift! I think it may be my favorite gift since it was so unusual. Sorry that they messed up the personalization.
