my cake topper

I had mentioned about a week ago that I was having a lotttt of problems getting the cake topper that I ordered and paid for back in June...

Finally it came today...about 3 weeks after I was originally supposed to have it..

and it's broken....it's only a part of it that I could fix myself kinda...but it's the whole point of the matter.

I spent $130 on this cake topper and this is what I get.
