my car

i just spoke with my insurance adjuster.. my car has $6,000 worth of damage and will be in the shop for 12 days

i think thats the worse part when you get hurt its a pain...if you can when your home use a neck brace for a few days etc hopefully that will help

my doctor gave me an anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxer.

i was feeling a little better earlier, but sitting at my desk all day isn't helping.

I really hope your insurance company goes after that lady - you should NOT have to pay a dime!!

In regard to the pain - it could also just be from the stress of everything.

yes, but you aren't paying that amount, correct. Her insurance (the woman who hit you) will have to pay that , well her insurance will. do you have a deductable?

yes, but i still have to pay my deductible and rental car expenses.

it's just a hassle.

Her insurance should pay or at the very least reimburse you for the cost of your rental. My insurance would pay for a rental car fee up front and if they won't then the dealership where you bring your car will likely give you a loaner car.

my insurance company is going to fight for all of our expenses back.

they also pay for a rental car, but it just so happens that the place they recommended was closed all weekend (my luck), so we had to go elsewhere.

it's just a hassle to lay out all of this money and then have to wait for the insurance companies to fight it out.
