My car FUSTRATES me!

My car FUSTRATES me!

My car was hit by an MTA bus 2 months ago, and side swiped my mirror etc and caused 900.00 worth of damage. I am happy I was not in the car..... I got it fixed and low and behold the other day I am driving and the speakers start to crackle and then there was no radio, I thought it was a fluke thing and then it went back on. Today i went to start it and it did not go on the alarm sounded like it was under water and it would not go off unless I kept the key in the ignition, then to top it all off we call AAA and they say it is not the battery, They think it is a short in the alarm system. We had to bring it into a local place. It is covered under warranty for the alarm but since I got it put in 5 years ago when I bought the car new, it was never right. The alarm place fixed it again when it was in for repair 2 months ago. I am so fed up with it, I am ready to yank out the whole alarm , and just put the club on it. Would you do this? I want to know I can just put my key in and go and not have to worry about it, or would you fix it and then let the dealership know what had happened and see what they will do? Or is this a lost cause? When it started to happen on Friday I called the dealership and the girl told me the computers were down........ I had no choice to bring it where I did becuase it was 6 pm on a Sunday evening. What would you do?

Re: My car FUSTRATES me!

Sorry to hear about the car! I would take the car back to where they fixed it two months ago and make sure all the repairs were done correctly. We had a car accident a few months ago and they repaired it, but a few weeks later it rained and water got in the car. My husband was FUMING We took it back to the body shop and they fixed it at no additional cost. Try go backing to the body shop, good luck
