He is NOT NORMAL by any means....He has an obsession with all of my hair elastics...the rubber band covered ones the most.....
THen I come home, see my tiara laying on the ground, and he carted it out of my drawer becae it was covered in bubble wrap! He layed on the bubble wrap, rubbed his face on it...and then even was licking it!!
He also does this if we have ANYTHING bound together witha rubberband, we find the papers scattered, and here he is with the rubber band in his mouth....
Or, if we get a package, he has dibs on the bubble wrap!!
This is NOT normal

Re: MY cat has a Rubber fetish!
my one cat ( we have 3) is the same way if you so much as leave a rubber band anywhere in the house, she will find it and chew it up into little pieces, and my other cat is addicted to straws, and will rip it from your mouth while you are drinking...so it must be a crazy cat thing

That is so funny, my cat is addicted to plastic bags. Whenever we come home from shopping she comes running and licks the bag like crazy. She licks the garbages bags, any bag that is plastic, she is all over.
