I bought the velum on the front and for the thank you/playlist on the inside from paperandmore.com
I cut them both with fancy scissors from michaels (they have mane kinds)
I got photo scrapbooking tabs to place on either corner of the vellumand placed a mini-sticky dot (sold at like michaels etc...looks like the dot candies) in the middle of them.
Then i looped the ribbon around and stuck them together in the back with the same sticky dots.
The CD's... I bought Memorex CD & DVD lable maker from staples. it came with a program for the computer that i could upload a picture into and make the lables. It also comes with a tool to help you stick them all on straight which worked perfectly.
Hope that helps!
