Here is a mock setup of my centerpieces. I think it's simple but still elegant.
UPDATE: So when we went to East Wind for the bridal expo on Sunday, I brought along the canldes and petals so I could set it up on the tables and see what it would really look like. And also to make sure that it was enough or wasn't too much. Here it is...

Sooo pretty
Make sure you burn the candles first, IF you search a brides review, one girl made something similar and the candles melted all over the tables, she never tested them.

I saw some pretty showcases centerpieces at the bridal expo at Eastwind and that is very nice! Simple and Elegant
