I'm super excited and as an engagement and 'just because' gift I want to get them a channa plaque.
She told me we will be wearing purple. I NEVER REALIZED HOW MANY SHADES OF PURPLE EXIST! Do any of you ladies have any suggestions on what I should do. I was thinking of maybe just going with some natural/earth tone colors. Or maybe just asking what colors she has through-out her house. I really don't know what to do!

I think the plaque is a great idea! Maybe a light cream or tan color background, the last name and date in brown and then the first names in a greyish purple? Kinda like this one.. only instead of the white letters the purple color...
Congrats!!! You can ask Channa to show you the plaque in the different shades. She does it quickly.
