My cousin's bachelorette party was on Saturday. We had a great time! First stop was the Southampton Publick House where we had a pre-fix menu and open bar. It's actually a microbrewery so it had that old school bar feel but it was really nice. Food was delicious. We had a 3-course meal, app. was a gorgonzola salad or crab cake, entree was a choice of bacon wrapped filet mignon, spinach stuffed lemon chicken, or ginger glazed salmon, dessert was a ginormous piece of chocolate cake garnished with fresh strawberries and fresh whipped cream (I'm still dreaming about it). Again, we had open bar, shots, and a champagne toast! Then we took a ride over to Southampton Social Club. The place was nice and trendy. We wound up lounging out back in a beautifully draped canope under the stars. The tables were decorated with pretty lanterns and candles. The only down side was the DJ didn't start until 1am. Besides that we had a blast!
FYI - if anyone is planning on heading out to the Hamptons this summer please be very careful. The cops out there are ruthless!
