My dad brought home a BEC on a roll
After I lost 4 lbs last week, I wanted to do really good, but hey, im off today, maybe we'll make today my cheat day hahah thanks daddd!

Yummy!!!! I ate nutrigrain waffles with pumpkin butter and sugar free syrup and flax seeds for breakfast. Was good but it needs real sugar and fat!!!
