My Day of Timeline-- Missing anything?

Day of Timeline, did I miss anything?? (Ignore the Jokes haha)


TENTATIVE DAY OF WEDDING SCHEDULE:

10am- Claudia arriving at Hotel to start Hair & Makeup for Bridesmaids and Moms.

12pm- Selvije arriving for hair and makeup for Adelya

1pm- Photographer arrives at hotel to begin shooting getting ready photos and Flowers by Brian delivers Bouquets & Boutonnieres for Groomsmen

1:30pm- Gerards brother to pick up Boutonnieres to take to gerards house

2pm- 2nd Photographer arrives at Gerards to take getting ready pics of the Guys.

3pm- All Ladies must be done with hair & makeup

415pm- Bride & Party must be dressed & out of the hotel & in the Limo/car

430pm- Arrive at Woodbury Country Club. Adelya to start taking pictures with Moms, Bridesmaids, Roger, Flower girl and Ring Bearer (45 Min)

515pm- Adelya hides in Bridal suite & drinks some shots (LOL) & Gerard to arrive with Dad & Brothers and to start taking Pictures with Everyone (45 Min)

6pm- Guest Complimentary invite time –champagne and strawberries to be served

6pm- Bridal party and Groom & both sets of Parents to do a quick ceremony rehearsal (Adelya will still be hiding & drinking-Score! haha)

630- 7pm – Outside Ceremony Begins

7-8pm- Outside Cocktail Hour. Entire Bridal Party and Parents to take pictures w/bride & groom outside

8pm-1am Inside Reception with Viennese/Dessert hour to begin at approx 11:30pm.

just as a formality maybe add in arrival times for your other vendors (ie. DJ arrives at venue, and limo arrives at brides house etc.) just so you have it all in one place to confirm for your final meetings?

Edited because i thought you were having a first look/reveal, i didn't see that you were still hiding (and drinking shots, lol)

haha well im just having pick up and drop off time but my limo gets there at 415 same time as we are getting ready and vendors I still have to verify with WCC I believe 430 but thanks for reminding me!!

what you think its a bad idea to be a drunk bride walking down the aisle?! LOL
