My day off

From working my night shift. And I like to cook a big meal on these nights off so we have leftovers and food in the house to eat while working for 14-15 hrs a day. Of course my dog decides to roll in the mud right before i decide to cook a huge meal!

And now the tv wont go on bc FH needs big fancy things and i am about to put my foot through it!!!!!

Well was making chicken picata but since the dog had to run through the mud, i went with chicken in balsamic vingerette with steamed broccoli and potatoes au gratin!
