My decorated cardbox and bubbles *pics*
My MOH and I hit up Michael's yesterday and had a fun time in the single aisle of wedding stuff... (yes that's a little tongue in cheek)
The great news is that we came out of there with a box I completely adored (and didn't expect), the bubbles I went there for, and tons of ribbon in my colors!
I had wanted a pretty simple card box but kept imagining a trunk of some sort. Then I saw this hinged, satin-covered box and loved it but wanted a little something extra on it... my MOH is so good at making bows, so when we got home, she put this together:
Here are the bubbles -- we put ribbons on the ends so they'd look pretty and be a little easier to handle.
What do you think?
Any other suggestions for accessories I can do similarly? My MOH is going to make the ringer barer pillow when she gets back to Boston this week!
