Birdcage – For cards. Please put on a gift table behind or next to Bride and Groom.

Toasting Flutes – On Bride and Groom’s Table

Fireplace Mantels
Pillar Candles and Silk Rose Petals for the Fireplace mantels – Please set up the candles on the fireplace mantels and scatter the rose petals around the candles. (Don’t forget to light them.)

Cake
Cake Topper – Please put on cake table, not on cake, but in front of cake.

Please provide a knife & server for cake.

Guest’s Tables
Favors – Look at the seating chart I provided with the number of favors for each table.

Menus – 3 on each table. Please present them using the easels I provided.


PS - Laura from LA Productions is my Day of Coordinator. That's why I keep mentioning her.

P.S. FH is delicately wrapping the handles of the gift bags with ribbon for the rehearsal dinner, he is too cute.

That is a pretty good list. I can't think of anything that you are missing!

Where are you having your RD?

You have gift bags for the RD dinner? Wow, I didn't think about that. I have have gifts for BP, but not anyone else.

The only people are the rehearsal dinner are our parents and bridal party (and my grandma)

so we have our bridal party gifts in bags for them, the parents gifts (simple frames) in bags for them, and I have a small hanky for my grandma that I am not bagging. Its nothing fancy.

The rehearsal is about 24 people, at the Three Village Inn in Stony Brook

How about the restrooms? Are you having a basket or scented candles?
(If you are doing that)
Also, don't forget to buy those lighter sticks so that whoever is lighting the candles can just click the wand.
