It is a very sad day here at work today!!! We are so upset the budget did not pass. What the resident's don't understand is that the kids in our district are going to suffer the most! They lose all their after school activities, crowded busses, no after school tutoring, 1/2 day kindergarten rather than full day, and much, much more! For some of the administrator's that are retiring this year (about 15 of them), they are not replacing them to save their salaries, which means MUCH more work for everyone else! And some people will also lose their jobs. VERY SAD!

That really is sad. Our budget didn't pass last year and it's been terrible for the kids this year. Luckily our budget passed this year.

My school district's budget did not pass either. I am very sad too. Now the district does not know if they even want to put the budget proposal up again. I hope they do.

FH is a teacher and his schools budget passed but there are still alot of changes coming in to play.
