do you have a template that you used and what size paper was that?

I didn't use a template, I just made everything on Microsoft Word actually. I used the 'how to make a monogram' thread from LIW (thanks ladies ) and then bought 12X12 cardstock at Michael's for the blue background paper. And the menu itself I just cut to I think 5 inches wide and 10 inches long, that way the blue paper shows through.
