are you printing on brown paper.. or on white paper and just made your background brown? it looks fabulous!!!!!!

I think I'll use white cardstock b/c its a photoshop document which I saved as a jpeg. Cardstock is a bit 'sturdier', hey I have kids LOL.
I'll take it to Staples and then run over to my mom's office and cut them (unless Staples does that for you, I don't think they do).

I would honestly print them thru vistaprint so that its very crisp and as close to the graphic as possible. the shading is so on the money that I think you may lose something in the effect by printing any other way.

Then I think your good.. I'll text FH because he is a cook and ask him. We actually have a demi glace on our menu, so I'd like to know the correct way too.. I'll get back to you
