I love it! I think I might like it without the flower though but I love the ribbon. I have a similar hole puncher. What are the dimensions of the cardstock and how big is the paper? I would like to make them too!

Re: MY DIY MENU'S

the paper itself is 4.25' X 10'
the cardstock is 11.5' X 4.75
the 1' extra in the card stock is to fold over onto the paper then punch the holes and add the eyelets after you have it all lined up.

i'm going to use silver (or navy blue if i can get them) eyelets on the actual menu's the white ones were just what i had sitting around for a sample(i know they really stand out against the dark card stock oh well this is why we make samples)

i'm looking into getting tiny dog tags made and putting a chain through the holes like FH's dog tag chain
since we don't want to over do the 'Armyness' the little details will pull every thing togeher

What size font did you use, and what program did you design the programs in? I have Word and Publisher. . .do I have to use anything else?

Question...do you need a special tool to insert the brads? Or just a hole punch and then stick them through?

Thoes are really nice and creative! I'm sure they will come out wonderful, all though I do agree I'm not to fond of the flower.

Re: MY DIY MENU'S

Is Michelle a standard font, or did you have to download it from a place like freefonts.com?

Also, how did you get the little things in the bottom corner? Did they come separately?

Re: MY DIY MENU'S

the font is called Melanie BT
it is a standard font in MS Word

the little corner thingies are from a corner punch (i'm crafty but not that crafty )
