My DIY Programs - with pics

ohmygosh you guys, you totally have me over here!!! THANK YOU!!!! I just showed them to my FH today (lol, I do all these projects and show him when I'm done to get his opinion on OUR diy project ) and he was saying the same thing about me going into business etc. I've REALLY been thinking about it, so who knows!

For those who asked, I got the charms at Michaels. 50 charms in one pack for about $5!!!!!!

And I printed the samples on a regular color laser printer - the actual programs will be printed on soft gloss paper to give it a pretty sheen. Staples said it would be about $90 to print 40 programs (40 sets of two double sided pages) on glossy sheets. But instead I'll just buy a pack of glossy paper ($9.75 at Staples and comes with 300 sheets) and print them myself. Saves me a bunch.

They were actually a lot of work to put together (who in the world would have thought that making bows and adding a charm would take forever??? lol) so I can only imagine how long it will take to make all 40 programs. But I really like them so it's worth it. I'll make half in blue covers and half in brown covers, and place them alternating in color in the baskets at the church.

The layout took me forever to get right, but now that it's done, it doesn't seem so bad. I'd be happy to send the layout template to anyone who would like it - save some time, lol.

I am NOT surprised girl, they are just Fab. Seriously if you don't go into business after planning your amazing wedding you would be insane. It's all about the little details, that what I keep telling FH, lol, but it's so true . Everyone I know has told me that I should be doing party planning for a living, hey maybe we'll work together someday
