My mother once again is driving me insane. She thinks the font is not clear enough. I frankly think it's fine and just want to leave it be. Let me know whose right.
i hate to agree with your mom - but i didnt even read the question i read the save the date first and i had a little trouble reading it. . . i'm sorry! just trying to help!
i mean if you leave it its fine - you can basically figure it out - but maybe bc its on the comp, it took me a few minutes to read.
ps - otherwise i LOVE the STD - very cute and elegant!

Re: My diy Save the Dates
I kind of agree a little bit on the font. You can read it, but you really have to look hard to make out some of the words.
Is there one similar, but a little spaced out more?

Re: My diy Save the Dates
I choose this font cause it also has all the Polish letters in it (my dad was nice enough to translate the poem into Polish for me so I can send these to Poland as well), and i can't really make it any bigger cause Word is being a pain and cutting the url for the website if I make the poem any bigger.
I'm sorry but I had a little trouble with it also. Cool wedding date! 7/7/07. You know you should play those numbers this July 7. Bet they come out. Play 1$ straight and 1$ box on 777 for midday and evening. Spend 4$ could win 600$ Good Luck!

I'm sorry, I had a bit of trouble reading it. I think, overall, its a beautiful STD but I would change the font on the bottom

Re: My diy Save the Dates
it is very cute..but it isn't the clearest font. that said, plenty of girls use very swirly scripts that are in fact, hard to read [especially for older people] all the time...just because they are pretty. that doesn't mean that your guests will appreciate your creativity when they are squinting and trying to read invites and what not.
but honestly, if you like it, i'd stick with it...but it will take people a little longer to read due to the font.
