My DIY thanks to lucamon (for table numbers)

I also finished my unity candle as well.
I got the candle holder for $2.50 and the tapper holder for $1 each at Michael's

The candle was $5 and the tappers were 89 cents at Michael's as well

The satin ribbon (green) was 99 cents and the black ribbon was left over from my DIY pocketfold invitations.

The rhinestones were 50 cents for each bag (I used one) on sale at some 99 cent store in the Bronx. I was visiting my aunt and they had them out

So, if you are on a budget, that is the way to go Usually the candle and tappers will cost you $25 or up; the same for the candle holders.
