My doctor says nothing is wrong...

... but I am just so achey below my uterus??? It's a sore feeling everytime I get up, turn in bed, etc. I don't know why? It's very uncomfortable!!! It doesn't feel like the uterus, but underneath it, like what it's sitting on, or maybe in between? The DR said it could just be my body, and this is how it's dealing with this PG? They can't find a reason for it? It's been sore since the beginning, now since I'm getting bigger, it's getting worse? HELP! BTW, I'm 28 weeks PG!

welcome to the world of your body stretching and things inside moving around. It is very normal to feel round ligament pain- because the ligaments are making room for your expanding uterus and the baby. It is also muscles being pulled and moved.

It's normal. I HIGHLY suggest a maternity belt. BRU has one for $30 and it really does help relieve some of that pain and pressure.

it's totally normal. you must allow yourself to trust your doctor through all this Melissa or the rest of your journey is going to be endless!

Your uterus is changing, stretching, growing - your muscles, everything. I suggest the belt as well and make sure you wear loose fitting clothing. It's very uncomfortable I agree. I must say I have been umcomfy since around the 4th month and it just gets more and more every day. I hate feeling that way, but it's true.

I also felt the same pains all day long, although it's gotten much better lately. Now I feel it more in the morning when I try to get out of bed, or during the night as I twist and turn in bed. It's completely normal!!
