My Dress!!!

Isn't in yet :( It was originally suppose to be in mid May then it changed to mid June. Since I never heard from them I called. They called the folks at Maggie Sottero and they said it was in and would ship it in the next 2 to 3 days, she insisted it be out by Friday. I know I have two months, but I would feel so much better if it were here. I still have to get a veil, get my shoes dyed and a clip for my hair.

The woman at the bridal salon said it is the worst summer since they've been open with delays in dresses coming in. Has anyone else had this problem??

But, yes it did happen to me. I didnt order a Maggie though. I was told my dress would be here in May then it went to June and almost July... but it came in on Friday.... so I'm happy lol!
But with one month to go they were cutting it close.

i hear this complaint time and time again. the bottom line is wedding salons do not want tons of dresses in thier store . they want your dress in the store for the shortest time possible. alterations only take a lilttle time . i know its annoying but its the truth and in the end its for the better. you want your fittings as close as possible to your day.

dont fear most people like myself are all in the same boat

I'm just nervous because god forbid something is wrong with it, ya know. Everything has been smooth sailing thus far, I'd hate for something to go wrong now.

Yay though for you!!! Hopefully you won't need much done to your dress.
