i called the bridal shop a few weeks ago and they told me it had been shipped and that they would call me when it comes in which should have been within ten days - i haven't gotten a call I'm starting to get a really bad feeling...

Call them... it's probably hanging up somewhere in the store right now... I feel like these bridal shops are on top of NOTHING.
