The seamstres said they were numbered 0-11. I was like 12 is not that bad but when she picked up the skirt to show me it was 0 in the middle then 1-11 on the left and 1-11 on the right. I told my maid of honor and she just said we will figure it our or we will just youtube. I am happy there was a cap on the bustle. I couldnt even imagine
