It's too big....you have to resize it...is it from a website? If so, you can right-click the picture, copy the url location of the pic, then on here, when you go to post, under the emoticons, click 'insert web image' and paste the url location that you copied from the pic.... hope this makes sense...otherwise, you can use the resizer at the top and it will resize and send a copy of the image to your email....
