My Dress Is In!

Hi ladies, I havent been on in a while - crazy busy at work on weekends.

Anyway, my DRESS IS IN! I could not believe it when I got the call, since it's so early and they told me October! I'm so excited and can't wait to go see it.

Now I have a question. I dont want to start alterations yet, because it still pretty far away and I dont to have them do more and more alterations if my body changes, as I get closer to the wedding (hopefully that is losing some weight). what do you suggest? thanks in advance!

I'd say tell them you want to try it on just to see it, but schedual your alterations for Oct. Just say 'I made myself a weightloss schedule and I was counting on trying on my dress for the first time in October.' I'm sure they've heard it all before!

Where did you order your dress from? The same thing happened to me. I was told October and yet I got a phone call last week. I can't wait to pick it up but I know it doesn't fit right yet. Now I just have to figure out where I can keep it without having to worry about FH taking a peek.
