My dress is in. . .

Went to pick it up toady and there was a little tiny hole in the tulle, right in the front of the dress. I know nobody else would even notice it , (2 of my BM's were with me and they said it was sooo not noticeable)but I know its there. My options were to keep it and ask them for a discount or have them send it back. I know it would bug me the whole day knowing it was there, so I had them send it back. I'm so not happy

I agree...its your dress and anything thats wrong send it back....you payed for it and its alot of money ....plus you dont want to think about it the day of your wedding... smile and dont worry you made the right choice!

Sorry this happened but thank goodness you had time to send it back! And grrr, for the amount we pay for our dresses I want these people inspecting them first before we even lay eyes on it!

Thanks for the support. I was so not happy letting my dress go, but I know it'll be better off in the long run. And I did wind up deciding on my DOJ and shoes while I had the dress on. Also ordered my after party dress and headpiece - so even though I was really disappointed about my dress, I was excited about the things I did get done, which definitely helped me not freak out over the dress, too much.

i would have done the same thing, your paying a lot of money for that dress! you shouldn't have to put up with a whole at all, even if it is barely noticeable!

IMO... they should have NEVER even put you in the position of settling for a damaged dress. They should have told you it came in with a small hole and new one has already been ordered for you to replace it. Sorry... happy you chose to send it back!!!
