when i ordered my dress, they said it would take 6 - 8 months. i'm now at the 8 months point, and have yet to get 'the call'. how long should i wait before calling the salon? i don't want to be a bridezilla, but really want my dress!!!

it's not bridezilla if you call and ask for a status ... just ask, it can't hurt
i had to stalk my stupid bridal store until they told me my dress was in ... i never got 'the call'

My bridal salon doesn't call you until 4 weeks before the wedding well when I got the dress, it was way TOO big that they cannot fix and 2 weeks before my wedding I have gone out and bought a new dress.

I would say call and ask for the status. But the dress will prob come in the middle of August.
By the first of September I would be starting to get worried.
You have PLENTY of time. Dont worry.

Call them and ask! That's what I did and they told me by the end of May. The first Monday in June I still didn't get a call, so I called again. They told me give it 2 more weeks.... Then I got the call!!! So just call and ask. What's the worst that could happen???
